Products manufactured by PESA or sold through PESA are warranted against defective workmanship or materials under the following guidelines;
PESA Brand: Routing Switchers, Signal Processing, Control Systems, and other PESA manufactured products for a period of three years from the ship date of the product.
PESA PRO Brand and PESA XSTREAM products are covered for a period of one year from the ship date of the product.: During this warranty period, defective parts will be replaced at no charge. Factory labor to repair or replace defective parts will be performed through PESA.
Extended Warranties and Software Maintenance Agreements are available.
