Howard G. Sutton

Executive Chairman

Mr. Sutton has served as director of the company since 2004. He was elected Executive Chairman in 2009 and is also the President of Tera Capital Corporation, a licensed investment/portfolio company.

Chuck D. Tillett

President and COO

Mr. Tillett started his career with The NCR Corporation and was with them for 13 years in various management level positions. He has over 25 years of experience in the Electronic Manufacturing Services industry primarily holding senior level positions and managing multi-site locations for several medium to large EMS Companies. Mr. Tillett has two years of International experience as Managing Director responsible for manufacturing facilities in Scotland, Sweden, Singapore and Ireland.

Mr. Tillett attended Ohio University and The Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.

Ricky Ng

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Ng was promoted to Chief Financial Officer after working with us for four years as Corporate Controller. Prior to that, Mr. Ng was Corporate Controller of Lorex Technologies, a public company based in Markham, Ontario.

Mr. Ng is a CGA and holds an MBA degree from Schulich School of Business, York University
