Cheetah Range of Digital Routers

PESA's Cheetah range of digital routing switchers can handle SDI and HDTV in the same frame. Copper and fiber input and output modules are available for maximum flexibility. Nine standard frame sizes are offered to accommodate a wide range of requirements: 64x64 in 4 RU or 6 RU, 128x128 in 7 RU or 11 RU, 256x256 in 18 RU, 512x512 in 27 RU and 1024X512 in 41 RU. Each Cheetah frame supports redundant power and redundant control capabilities.

This versatility provides any easy upgrade path from SD-SDI or HD-SDI to 3G-SDI while supporting applications using a wide range of non-standard bit rates. A lower cost SDI-only version of the Cheetah is also available. Input and output modules can be populated in increments of 16. Input modules provide up to 100m of equalization for HD and up to 300M for SDI.
